ENCHILADAS POBLANAS


Ingredients:


4 chilis poblanos roasted and peeled
¼ of onion
100 grs. of peanut toasted
1 cup of milk
1 spoonful of salt
3 spoonfuls of oil
12 tortillas recently made
200 grs. of cheese old crumbled
 

Procedure:


To mill in the licuadora the chilis poblanos, onion, peanuts, milk and salt, to fry this mixture in
the oil.

To go the tortillas by the sauce, to stuff them with the cheese, to accommodate them in a big
plate and to take a bath them with the rest of the sauce.
